At Hunts Remedies we aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible.
We operate our processing warehouse business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude statutory holidays. We aim to dispatch orders on the next business day.
However, this may not happen for a variety of reasons and you should allow 2-3 business days for an order to be dispatched.
We use Courier Post for all deliveries in New Zealand. CourierPost state that delivery guides are up to 3 working days once picked up from Hunts Remedies warehouse, plus 2-3 working days for rural deliveries.
Orders are packed and dispatched in Papakura, Auckland. Hunts Remedies Ltd cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this time frame. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays in New Zealand and rural delivery addresses.
